About me
Hi, I’m
Payton Parker.
M.Div. ’18 Former Pastor & Ordained UMC Elder
I was raised in the Baptist church and have served in the United Methodist Church since 2013. I’m a former pastor with 10+ years of ministry experience, and I was ordained as an elder in the UMC in 2021.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from UAPB in 2014 and my Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology at SMU in 2018.
Since 2024, I’ve been pursuing a call to equip churches and pastors. My heart lies with small and midsize churches, helping them operate with direction and excellence on par with a more fully staffed ministry.
Through P3 Consulting, I offer vision and strategy guidance, technology implementation and training, and coaching for pastors and church leaders. My coaching has a particular emphasis on young pastors, with space for church-specific needs or personal growth.
